The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a detail‑oriented qualified with a post‑secondary degree in Planning or a closely related field. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of related experience in land use planning, with municipal experience considered an asset, along with a strong understanding of planning processes under the Planning Act.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated analytical and research capabilities, with experience in policy analysis and data interpretation. We are seeking an individual with superior communication skills, a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
The successful candidate for Planner will be required to work a flexible schedule, including in the office, remotely and after hours (as required).
This position offers an hourly rate range of $54.49 to $68.11 plus a competitive benefit package.
Satisfactory passing of a criminal record check, and proof of qualifications will be required of any successful candidate(s) for this position.
