Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Renovation Technician to join our team at Kitchen4Less. The ideal candidate has experience in cabinet refinishing, tile installation, painting, and flooring, with the ability to see projects through from start to finish. You should have a strong understanding of renovation materials, tools, and best practices, and be able to deliver clean, qualified results in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and design drawings accurately.
Perform kitchen cabinet refinishing, backsplash and bathroom tile installation, flooring, and painting.
Handle carpentry work such as cabinet modifications, trim, and framing.
Understand and work with a variety of materials including wood, tile, paint, adhesives, and flooring products.
Use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Ensure each project is completed properly and on time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Communicate with clients and team members clearly and professionally.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in renovation or general construction.
Solid ability to complete projects independently or with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of materials, application techniques, and finish standards.
Skilled in tile work, cabinet refinishing, painting, and flooring installation.
Comfortable using renovation tools and equipment.
Driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
Commitment to quality, detail, and job site safety.
Understanding of building code and renovation standards is an asset.
