About the role
\nWe are seeking a results‑driven operations professional to support and optimize activities within the Pallet Storage Building. This role is accountable for improving material flow, reducing waste, strengthening process quality controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.\n
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of end‑to‑end process optimization, experience working with contracts and the ability to identify synergies across operations to improve safety, cost, quality, and throughput.

Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, and working from Monday to Friday Dayshift (37.5 hours a week), you will:

$135,840 CAD in addition to allowances, bonus, equity, health or retirement benefits, and any other discretionary advantages offered at Rio Tinto. Our base salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the skills, experience, and impact you bring to the role.
