Responsibilities

Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention\nUncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations\nAssist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles\nMaintain and grow relationships with clients and the local community
\n
Qualifications
\n
Level 1 Insurance License\nDemonstrated track record of achieving sales targets\nAbility to build authentic client relationships\nStrong time management, prioritization, and discretion\nInsurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)\n6 months+ of industry experience (bonus)
