Language: have Willingness and ability to successfully obtain the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate delivered by lAutorit des marchs financiers and the General Insurance License for Ontario Other Than Life and other provinces.
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French speaking needs.
High level of reading, comprehension and speaking in both languages Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with clients Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation.
The Home & Auto Advice Centre is open Monday Friday, 8:00am 8:30pm Digital literacy across a broad range of services (i.e. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.) Nice
