2–4 years of experience in installation, carpentry, construction, or similar field
Strong manual skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret plans (a strong asset)
Comfortable using tools (drills, saws, etc.)
Team player with a positive attitude
Major asset:
experience with trucks, commercial vehicles, or specialized equipment
