Education & Minimum Experience Requirements High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 2 years full time related work experience required

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred

Employment Type: office, 1 day WFH.

Essential Functions Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting and customer record keeping.
\n
Participates in general sales meetings, promotions and facilitates food show registration. Assists with recall and other information sharing as required. Takes orders from various customers as needed via phone or email.
\n
Stays up to date with product offerings, market trends and customer needs while learning about the organizational offerings and systems. Demonstrates strong customer service skills when dealing with unique or difficult situations.
\n
Provides support to sales representatives coordinating customer service, orders, credits etc during special large special events IE: Stampede, PNE, SNE, F1 Race etc. Supports and assists DSR for vacation coverage and seasonally based on needs.
\n
Provides routing assistance for changes to deliveries such as time delays, adjustments in delivery days, etc.
\n
Details customer complaints, tracks the same issues that multiple customers have, and reports problems as necessary.
\n
Performs Other Duties as assigned. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Must have good customer service and time management skills.
