The IT Manager will report directly to the Area Manager and is responsible for comprehensive technology support at Kimberley Alpine Resort and connected venues. Key responsibilities include supervising hardware and software systems, ensuring reliable IT networks, and collaborating across departments. You will also maintain the IT policies and contribute to fortifying the corporate values of RCR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide systems support across all resort departments
• Troubleshoot technical issues for effective solutions
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of IT equipment
• Design and program web pages with Visual Basic skills
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives
Requirements:
• IT education/certification/degree
• 2+ years related work experience
• Skilled experience in guest service
