Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain key equipment in the plant
• Supervise 2nd and 3rd class engineers' shifts
• Lead initiatives in energy efficiency and upgrades
• Ensure all operations meet safety compliance
• Manage inventory for boiler repairs and parts
Requirements:
• Minimum 1st class operating engineer certification
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with project engineering processes
• Knowledge of engineering design improvements
