end closings, journal entries, invoicing, and reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly operational reports Supervise and mentor a team of accounting clerks Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and safeguard assets Ensure legal compliance, including privacy laws (Loi 25) and business francization requirements Collaborate with the management team to maximize financial and operational performance Profile and Qualifications: Experience as a financial controller (experience in automotive dealerships is a major asset) Proficient in accounting and IT tools Robust team spirit and excellent communication skills Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Ability to communicate in both French and English (to be able to respond to our English
