Job Description:

Job Summary The HR Geo Services Specialist role is responsible for providing HR support to the geographies within their scope of responsibility. These roles deliver the HR services that require close physical proximity to business operations and cover one to multiple UPS locations. We seek an assertive, adaptable, and socially aware professional with the confidence to lead and the flexibility to work within warehouse environments.

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
\n
Workdays:
\n
Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week) Occasional weekends during peak seasons.
\n
Shift Hours:
\n
8:00 to 4:30 or 9:00 to 5:30 (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week)
\n
Shift Duration:
\n
8.5 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)
\n

Responsibilities:
\n
Management of employee concerns and workplace investigations
\n
Inquiry management.
\n
Implementation of local services and programs to improve talent acquisition.
\n
Assist in recruitment activities

post jobs on Indeed, create Workday requisitions, flyer drops, agency visits, job fairs, recruitment contact sourcing.

Promotion of referral program for all buildings and shifts under your scope.
\n
Support our external and internal customers.
\n
Qualifications:
\n
Recent graduate from Human Resources Management program or equivalent.
\n
Previous Human Resources experience required.
\n
Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
\n
Knowledge of local employment and regulatory laws u2013 preferred.
\n
