Requirements Requires an undergraduate Degree in HR or Business, preference for Human Resources. 8+ years of Human Resources experience with 4+ years at a management level. CPHR designation an asset. Broad general knowledge of HR practices with experience in unionized setting.

Establish local HR frameworks, standards, policies and best practices to meet the evolving needs of the business, current and future policies, trends and information. Proactively anticipates and assesses needs, gaps, challenges, developing solutions to address risks and operational excellence. Utilizes HR analytics and workforce metrics to drive data informed decision making.

Upholds high standards of values, ethics, privacy and confidentiality, brand inclusion efforts in all HR practices.
