HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
\nWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in Tillsonburg, ON. Reporting to the National Human Resource and Safety Manager, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist collaborates with the local leadership team and assigned regional leaders, providing guidance to foster a positive work environment and support employee and labour relations.\n
Responsibilities include full cycle recruitment, performance management and ensuring compliance with Company policies and philosophy. The HR Generalist plays a key role in enhancing the overall employee experience.

4+ years of human resource generalist experience; preferably in a unionized environment.
