service tools Required Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field CHRP or CHRL designation strongly preferred Experience & Knowledge 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role Experience in a unionized and federally regulated environment (Canada Labour Code) is an asset Strong knowledge of employment legislation, labour law, and HR best practices Proven experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and job evaluation Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects and drive process improvements Technical Skills Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.G., Oracle, SAP) and HR data analytics Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience using data and insights to support decision
