Job Description\nHuman Resources Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to deliver tailored HR solutions across the organization. The role supports Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Organizational Design, and Special Initiatives.

Talent Acquisition
\n
Partner with managers to develop hiring plans, support the recruitment process by designing job advertisements, developing interview guides, and participating in interviews.
\n
Compensation
\n
Advise managers on the company compensation philosophy, support cyclical salary reviews, provide recommendation on promotional increases, and collaborate with talent acquisition to determine starting salaries.
\n
Labour Relations
\n
Interpret collective agreements and contribute to harmonious working relationships between managers, employees, and union representatives.
\n
Employee Relations
\n
Support managers through performance management, promote continued development, and address performance challenges quickly.
\n
Organizational Design
\n
Advise managers on team design and role definition.
\n
Special Initiatives
\n
Participate in various HR initiatives to build domain expertise and contribute to continuous improvement.
\n

Minimum Qualifications
\n
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent with coursework in Human Resources.
\n
Previous client service experience.
\n
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
\n
Enthusiastic contributor with strong initiative.
\n
Excellent business acumen, communication skills, and analytical ability.
\n
Ability to work collaboratively and build cooperative relationships.
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
Coursework in Industrial Relations.
\n
Co‑op student experience in Business or Human Resources.
\n
Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP) designation in process.
\n
Compensation & Benefits\nThe hiring range for this position is $61,500 to $68,000 CAD.
