Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.

Position Details

Employment Type: based training or information sessions on topics such as workplace culture, policy updates, and leadership development.
\n
Manage workplace issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and compliance with employment and health & safety legislation.
\n
Stay current on employment legislation, collective agreements, and HR best practices to proactively identify risks and recommend policy or process improvements.
\n
Assist with the development, review, and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
\n
Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline HR administration and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar post

Hours: 4 day per week remote. Involves occasional travel to the sites across Eastern Ontario, a reliable vehicle is a must. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on project requirements and occasional need for overtime.
