Required Experience

op education program in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science with a preference towards senior students.
\n
Strong interest in health and safety and/or environmental studies
\n
Excellent organization and analytical skills
\n
Solid communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills
\n
Ability to establish priorities and work effectively in a team
\n
Strong technical writing skills to be able to create documents for an adult learning audience
\n
Strong commitment to the Health and Safety and the Environment Preferred
\n
Knowledge of health, safety and/or environmental legislation will be an asset
\n
Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing environment would be an asset
\n
Ability to read and interpret safety and environmental legislation and engineering documents
\n
Excellent working knowledge of tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SharePoint, etc.
\n
Candidates must have their own transportation as travel may be required.
\n
