secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources Management Minimum 3+ years of HR experience, ideally within operational or plant environments Experience working within unionized environments Strong understanding of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland employment legislation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience supporting labour relations, employee relations, and disability management programs CHRP designation is considered an asset Salary: $65,000
