Required Experience

Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm, skilled manner Manage reservations and guest flow using Tock Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Coordinate seating and communicate effectively with the service team Provide information about the winery, experiences, and offerings Support wine club inquiries and direct guests accordingly Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area Assist with administrative tasks and guest communications as needed Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, hosting, or guest services preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy workplace Comfortable using reservation systems such as Tock or similar Interest in wine and hospitality is an asset Job Types: Temporary, Contract Contract length: 6 months Pay: $17.60 per hour Benefits: Discounted or free food On
