Hours: growing company operating in the Kelowna, BC area. We are seeking a Home Delivery owner operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a professional appearance, and be able to complete all assigned deliveries within time frame.
Job Duties:
·Own your own 5 ton truck and have helper with you to perform residential deliveries.
·Knowledgeable in home deliveries ( Installing furniture & appliances )
·Maintain a clean truck before and after each use.
·Report any damages to the dispatch team or customer service department.
·Ability to lift up to or over 100 lbs. at a time.
·Ability to work in all weather conditions.
·Ability to do installations of appliances & furniture.
·Perform other duties assigned by Home Delivery Truck Manager or supervisor as needed.
Qualifications: Must own a 5 ton truck; must be able to read, write & speak English; must possess basic math skills; must have valid driver's license with no major violations; good attendance & physical condition required; must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
