End Date: Negotiable between August 31, 2026 and October 5, 2026
Term: Full Time Seasonal
Timescale: 35 hours / 5 days per week (maximum 40 hours per week)
Location: Canmore, Kananaskis, and Banff
Working Conditions: Active outdoor environment

Position Overview
The Hike Program Lead will assist with the planning, organizing, leading and delivery of summer programs, focusing primarily on hiking while being cross trained in all areas. The successful applicant will act in a hands on role facilitating hiking activities, facilitating other activities and lessons, facilitating hiking rentals, setting up and packing down adaptive equipment, greeting guests and family members, providing community awareness of adaptive sport, monitoring and recording each guest's equipment needs and skill, plus other assigned duties. They will split their time between instruction, and group program supervision with the Program management team.
