Job Description: RecoDemand is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our advertising organization by building relationships with real estate agents and mortgage brokers across North America. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is key player in our strategic growth plans. Through a combination of top of funnel activities, including both inbound lead response and outbound prospecting, the BDR will generate and qualify sales opportunities for our Account Executives. The most exciting part of this role is the chance for growth. Responsibilities
Conduct sales appointments on Zoom with real estate agents and mortgage brokers
Work directly with sales and marketing team to strategize opportunities from leads
Leverage prospecting strategies, including phone, email and social networking to connect with prospective customers, identify their needs and challenges, and qualify their interest
Manage new contacts via our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) to ensure accuracy for long term pipeline development
Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to prospects on a consistent basis and build strong relationships
Must Haves
2+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in advertising, real estate, or mortgage industries
2+ years with CRM tools (e.g., Highlevel, Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital advertising strategies
Ability to qualify prospects and manage pipelines on Excel
Experience with software and tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
You have solid analytical, relational and negotiation skills, as well as excellent verbal & written communication skills
Plusses
University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent
Valuable communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
Experience with Slack and Google Workspace
Real estate and mortgage experience
