Required Experience

Undergraduate degree in Natural Resource Management, Outdoor Recreation or related field with three years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of training, skills and experience;
Experience in budget and contractor oversight and management of people;
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills;
Experience in the development and implementation of operating plans and policies;
Knowledge of Haida Culture and Haida Gwaii natural history;
Skilled in fieldwork, physically able to perform field duties;
Must have a valid class 5 B.C. driver’s license Compensation & Advantages $38.40 – 39.94 per hour based on experience. Full‑time 35 hrs. per week.
