Support site managers, coaches, and trainers by ensuring DRMIS training materials, job aids, and supporting documentation are accurate, updated, and aligned with current business processes
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum of 36 months of experience (within the last 60 months) performing Helpdesk Specialist

related tasks in SAP or DRMIS environments
Minimum of 24 months of experience (within the last 60 months) using SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN)
Minimum of 24 months of experience (within the last 120 months) providing SAP or DRMIS Helpdesk support via phone and email
Experience supporting environments with 1,000+ users
Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system and business process issues
Experience managing incidents and working with ticketing systems
English essential
Assets may include:Experience working with SAP and/or DRMIS modules such as:
Plant Maintenance (PM)
Material Management (MM)
Workforce Management (WFM)
Defence Force and Public Security (DFPS)
Experience supporting maintenance, logistics, or equipment management environments
Experience supporting Government of Canada or defence
