What's the challenge?
As our Heavy Equipment Technician, you’ll play an integral role in performing major diagnostics and major repairs and servicing all equipment in the shop with minimal supervision. You are responsible for providing the highest quality of service and complying with the company’s established policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for developing and coaching apprentices.

Hours: Keeping Your Cool. You may need to work under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on quality service. As well, you could be working in remote areas with limited access to technical support or working in extreme weather conditions – hot, cold, raining, snowing, greasy and dusty. This can be a physical job with heavy lifting and carrying. The pace can be fast, the hours can be long during busy cycles and you may also need to work overtime. You will also realize that you need to recharge regularly – we insist that you take your vacation time!
