Employment Type: hospital complex that also includes Glace Bay, Recent Waterford Consolidated and Northside General Hospitals.\n

Position: Shift Supervisor (Permanent)
\nSite: Cape Breton Regional Hospital\n
Hours: 4 on, 4 off rotation, 12 hours shifts, days and overnights
\n
Payrate: $22.50
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nShift Supervisors are responsible for the direction and training of their staff during the day to day operations of the Healthcare Security team at their site.\n
Communication is a key function of the Shift Supervisor, as they are an extension of the Site Supervisor and Management team.
\n
Shift Supervisors are responsible for:
\n
Directing employees to perform to the standards of Paladin's policies and procedures.
\n
Ensuring employees have and retain knowledge of the site operations.
\n
Ensuring their team is made aware of and understand any Paladin issued memo/announcement.
\n
Ensuring contractual obligations are met
