This role is centered around working with the Transitional Health service line to monitor and improve documentation practices from admission to discharge. You’ll gather and assess system needs, facilitate change management, and generate recommendations for service enhancements. Utilizing business analysis tools, you will implement strategies that align with the organization’s goals while ensuring effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for digital solutions
• Design workflows and documentation standards
• Implement electronic health systems with a focus on usability
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators
• Liaise between clinical and operational teams for alignment
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of business analysis experience
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• CBAP certification preferred; PMP is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and business intelligence expertise
• Experience in healthcare contexts is an asset
