You understand the importance of quality improvement including the use of technology in health care and are proficient in the use of various computer software systems. You understand key performance indicators and the auditing process in health care and can motivate your team to work together to ensure the highest quality of resident directed care.

You are familiar with the Nova Scotia Long Term Care Standards, CIHI and have experience with licensing processes.
