Required Experience

3 years of relevant HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environment OR Bachelor's degree in SSE with demonstrated practical application Knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards (asset) CPR certification (asset) Strong knowledge of CNESST regulations and Quebec occupational health & safety requirements Working knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards considered an asset Experience conducting incident investigations and risk assessments. Strong field presence with hands‑on approach to safety management Familiarity with digital reporting and management systems Excellent communication and presentation skills. Sociable, approachable demeanor with open‑door philosophy Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels Bilingual (English/French) – written and verbal. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis WORK SCHEDULE Rotating schedule aligned with production shifts.
