centered involvement initiatives that increase employee awareness of their role in ensuring a secure place of work Responsible for implementation of corporate standards regarding H&S; Provide leadership and direction to all echelons of employees to continue to shape a world class safety culture Provide training to employees in use of Health, Safety, Environmental and Wellness tools and Safe Days Process Participate in Business Improvement Activities, Teambuilding Workshops and special working groups to continually improve performance What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety Management or related field is required Advanced degree and/or professional certification preferred (CSO, CSP, CRSP, etc.) 5+ years H&S; experience in a chemical manufacturing, processing, or field service related industry involving chemical handling Commercial explosives and/or mining industry experience preferred 2+ years supervisory or management experience preferred Experience and/or knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health, Health and Safety Management, Occupational Hygiene, and PSM Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and WebEx Strong organizational skills, analytical and problem
