About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following: Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognized university
\n
Current registration with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers
\n
Two (2) years post BSW related clinical experience required
\n
Knowledge and understanding of the Diagnostic & Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Previous experience working in adult community mental health preferred
\n
Demonstrated ability to use a client

Demonstrated comfort and skills working collaboratively with community partners
\n
Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience required. If not available, candidates with less than two (2) years of experience may be considered for the selection process. If offered employment, they will be placed on the Healthcare Social Worker A (Developmental) scale.
