Summary
\nRimbey Community Home Help Services (RCHHS) and Family Community Support Services (FCSS) is expanding our team of Health Care Programs Assistants that provide support to our Health Care Aides. This team processes all Home Care authorizations, fulfilling contractual obligations to standard processes and is the central call center for clients, Case Managers, and Health Care Aides.\n
Job Requirements:
\n· Current Active registration in the Health Care Aide Directory.\n
· Ability to work in a team environment that is quick paced.
\n
· Excellent understanding of the role of Health Care Aides performing Home Care for seniors and adults with disabilities.
\n
· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
\n
· Basic computer skills.
\n
Duties
\nAll duties assigned by the Health Care Programs Manager. Position is for up to 21 hours weekly, with some flexibility depending on agency needs and special projects.\n
