Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in a progressively senior health and safety role; fleet safety and compliance experience is an asset. Post

unionized environments. Experience with safety committees auditing, training, and implementing best practices. Participation in Safety Groups. COR Program auditor/implementation experience is an asset. Proven ability to design and deliver safety training with robust presentation skills. Excellent command of English (verbal and written). Strong MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in the waste industry, transportation, or manufacturing is an asset. Location: Smiths Falls site with frequent travel to other Ontario sites and occasional travel to Manitoba and Saskatchewan; flexibility to travel is required. Compensation and Location Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 Onsite – South West Ontario, covering sites such as Sarnia, Waterloo, Oxford, Burlington, and Niagara.
