Required Experience

Assist with player evaluations, team selection, and season planning
Ensure all sessions follow safety standards and organizational expectations
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous coaching experience in competitive or rep volleyball (OVA experience preferred)
Strong understanding of volleyball systems and game strategies
Experience working with youth athletes (ages 12–18)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
NCCP certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Valid First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to commit to full season schedule (practices + competition dates)
Schedule Expectations
Practices: Typically 2–3 sessions per week (evenings and weekends)
Competitions: OVA/OVL tournament days and championship events (weekends)
Season Duration: Fall through Spring (approx. October–April/May)
Compensation
Competitive $18
