About You

Experienced, confident, and collaborative L&D; professional with the ability to think strategically and deliver operationally.

Proven track record in Learning & Development or Talent leadership, ideally within a multi‑site or international environment.
\n
Strong expertise in learning design, leadership development, and digital learning technologies.
\n
Evidence of implementing successful learning strategies that deliver measurable business results.
\n
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast‑paced, complex environment.
\n
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in L&D; or HR preferred.
\n
