Employment Type: When full time staff are absent, act as Lead Hand to provide deck leadership of swimming instructors, lifeguards, assistant lifeguards/instructors and seasonal customer service staff.

Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends when required.
