Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space
Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions regarding products
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Follow food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety of all products
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly
Skills
Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is a must.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to organize and manager a team.
Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transactions
Positive time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently
