knit, and passionate winemaking team over the course of harvest.
You will be responsible for performing all harvest related activities in the cellar and crush pad from start to finish.
Le Clos Jordanne focuses on a minimal intervention approach to produce ultra premium, hand crafted, terroir driven wines primarily from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Harvest is an incredibly exciting but demanding time of year for the winery and requires a group of confident team players willing to be flexible, and to go the extra mile to get the wide range of work completed efficiently and safely.
Duties & Responsibilities: Operating all cellar equipment while adhering to all Health and Safety guidelines including lockout and confined space awareness.
Processing and sorting of fruit to press and tank.
Cellar work including cleaning, punch downs, additions, transfers, rackings, and barrel work.
Perform inventories counts, keeping up on housekeeping and pre and post harvest set up and teardown.
Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 education Less than 1 year of similar experience Strong ability to follow written instructions Work independently Effective communication skills People skills Multi
