Key Responsibilities
Perform community cleaning, maintenance, and beautification tasks, including:
Garbage and litter collection
Graffiti removal and pressure washing
Weed trimming and general landscaping support
Event and festival setup/takedown
Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Ability to follow and navigate daily routes using maps and schedules.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.
Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and teammates to complete daily assignments.
Maintain professionalism when interacting with the public and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience with outdoor tools such as pressure washers, weed whackers, or other maintenance equipment is preferred.
Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence is an asset.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Physically able to walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
