Work Environment
The role is based in a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing facility with a collaborative culture that encourages speaking up when you see opportunities for improvement. You will work alongside a production team on the shop floor and in coordination with an additional assembly and office team at a second facility. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional opportunities or requirements to stay until 5:30 p.m. and some weekend work depending on production needs. The position is offered as a 3‑month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
