Building and developing a strong leadership bench including Shift Leads, Captains, and Entertainment Managers
\n
Creating a culture of accountability by developing A Players and increasing overall talent density
\n
Leading structured daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational rhythms
\n
Conducting consistent 1:1s and performance reviews with clear growth roadmaps for team members
\n
Recognizing and elevating top performers while coaching emerging leaders
\n
Owning the complete guest journey, from first impression to long‑term loyalty
\n
Ensuring every guest experience reflects the standards and energy of the Gibbons brand
\n
Delivering revenue and profitability targets while maintaining disciplined labour and cost controls
\n
Owning venue P&L; performance and continuously improving margins and operational efficiency
\n
Optimizing scheduling, pricing, and venue offerings alongside centralized financial partners
\n
Ensuring strong inventory discipline and cost awareness across the team
\n
Making thoughtful, data‑informed decisions that strengthen the long‑term health of the business
\n
Developing and executing strong 7‑day and 52‑week programming strategies
\n
Building meaningful relationships with partners, community stakeholders, and resort collaborators
\n
Aligning programming and partnerships with brand positioning and profitability goals
\n
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
\n
5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, ideally in a resort setting
\n
Proven ownership of P&L; performance and financial improvement
\n
Experience operating in high‑volume or multi‑unit environments
\n
Demonstrated success developing leaders and promoting from within
\n
Comfort working within KPI‑driven environments
\n
Eligible to work in Canada
\n
Existing housing in Whistler is a bonus; however temporary housing can be arranged
\n
SALARY RANGE
\n
$65,000 – $80,000 annual salary + bonus based on experience and qualification THE PERKS
