Required Experience

wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Experience Previous related experience in MRI preferred. Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving Systems (PACS). Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) The incumbent will be a graduate of an approved MRI training program with successful completion of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technology registration examinations (CAMRT). Certification/Licensure/Registration Successful completion of an accredited Medical Imaging Technology Program, eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (C.A.M.R.T.) and registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (C.A.M.R.T.) within three months of hire. Current BCLS within the past 12 months or BCLS Instructor Certificate. Qualifications and Skills Microsoft Office programs preferred. Demonstrated competency and perception in the manipulation and selection of MR images. Excellent dexterity in the ability to operate all diagnostic instrumentation according to approved scopes of practice. Follow oral and written instructions precisely with attention to detail. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills required in English. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member.
