Hours: management skills. Some of your daily activities will have you working from ladders and at heights as well as for long hours in the warm summer weather.
Daily Tasks:
Showing up on time and in your company provided uniform.
Paint related tasks: Prepping washing brushing and rolling interiors and exteriors.
Setup and clean up of job sites.
Monitoring and maintaining your company provided crew kit.
Driving to and from various job sites.
Providing excellent customer service for clients through daily progress reports and tasks like the final project walk around to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reliable Transportation: You will be expected to transport yourself as well as your equipment from job site to job site. Job site location changes frequently so you must have some sort of valid drivers license and vehicle to get yourself around town.
