Low Foods is looking for a Full time General Clerk/Produce Clerk to work in multiple departments to join our location in Vernon, BC. Departments include grocery, produce.
Open availability is preferred.
Up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Create a positive and professional experience by greeting and assisting every customer.
Ensure the department is well stocked and presented with the freshest products.
Accurately price and label products.
Share product knowledge and recommendations with customers.
Assist customers with product requests and special orders.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise.
Clean equipment and workstation to ensure a secure and sanitary work workplace.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience.
The ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
