We are looking for a Full time General Clerk to work in multiple departments to join our location in Keremeos, BC.
Open availability is preferred.
Up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Create a positive and qualified experience by greeting and assisting every customer.
Ensure the department is well stocked and presented with the freshest products.
Accurately price and label products.
Share product knowledge and recommendations with customers.
Assist customers with product requests and special orders.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise.
Clean equipment and workstation to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience.
The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
