EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
A university Degree or diploma in a relevant branch of the Behavioural Sciences with an emphasis on Social Work, Sociology, and/or Psychology.
Two (2) years recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience with clients with a history of conflict with the law, developmental disabilities and/or spectrum disorders, experiencing homelessness, interaction with social agencies and experiencing mental health challenges.
Ability to be comfortable interacting with persons who have been involved in the criminal justice system and/or are high risk/high needs/high profile individuals.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated competence in identifying, approaching and securing both short
Position Details

Hours: Call availability as required.
Performs other related duties as required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Function independently, while remaining a crucial member of the support team
Adhere to Connective policies and procedures.
Transports self, staff, volunteers, and others with a reliable vehicle throughout the areas including, remote locations and correctional facilities as needed.
Works 40 hours per week with time apportioned through days, evenings, and weekends as necessary to meet the program and client needs.
