Summary
Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising.\n
Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resources : Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures, trains cashiers/merchandisers, and provides ongoing guidance.
Loss Prevention : Ensures loss prevention standards are implemented and manages daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking.
Customer Service : Ensures a proper employee image, answers product inquiries, resolves customer issues, and promotes the CSI Survey.
Merchandising : Keeps shelves clean and organized, and sets up and removes product displays as directed by AFSM/FSM.
General : Maintains housekeeping and store image, complies with health and safety requirements, may perform clerical and banking duties, and performs other duties including cashier duties when necessary.
Qualifications
Planning, judgement, and decision making.
Independent thinking in organizing the store.
Problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience
Computer literate.
Organized.
Effective time management skills.
Knowledge of products and supplies.
Hiring Range: $18.00 ā $20.10 per hour.\n
