Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting members and guests in a friendly and skilled manner
Handle inquiries in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Operate phone systems and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Support staff with additional office tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency

Previous front desk experience, preferably in a sports or recreational facility
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong administrative abilities with keen attention to detail
Exceptional proofreading and written communication skills
Proficiency with phone systems and general office equipment

Dependable and flexible with weekend availability
