ins and incoming calls to make reservations, amendments, and cancellations for golf bookings.
Answer questions on golf and hotel rates, resort facilities, products, services, and special promotions.
Demonstrate golf shop retail product knowledge.
Responsible for balancing cash and credit receipts daily.
Participating in all Occupational Health and Safety standards set for the department.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Completion of high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Driver''s license preferred.
Previous Front Desk or hotel experience is an asset.
Must enjoy giving a high level of customer service.
Must have experience working with computers and answering phones.
Must be able to lift 20lbs.
Must possess safe work habits with an awareness of protected work procedures.
Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
This position may require overtime and altered scheduling according to occupancy levels.
