Responsibilities:
Supervise formwork crews and daily field operations
Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and schedule
Ensure layout, forming, and installation are completed accurately
Maintain productivity, quality control, and site safety
Read drawings and ensure work is built according to plans and specifications
Communicate with project management and site personnel
Plan daily and weekly work activities
Enforce company standards and site safety requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Formwork Supervisor or Foreman
Robust background in concrete formwork and structural concrete projects
Ability to read drawings and coordinate field execution
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to work away from home for the duration of the project
Valid driver’s license
Safety tickets are an asset
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00
